Can RTX 3080 10GB run 4K?

I had a 3080 and it was starting to struggle at 5120x1440 and its about 2million pixels less then 4k. By the time you tweak settings its likely to look and run much better at 1440p max settings. I just replaced a 3080. It was still good for 60fps at 4K in almost every game out.
